ELIGIBILITY

The M.S.L.V. N. Pageant will be held at the event center (address TBD) on July 5, 2025 (Saturday) and due to the event center regulations, no ANIMALS or FIRE are allowed backstage.

All contestants are required to arrive at the venue by 6pm PST. Any delay beyond the scheduled time will result in a 1-point deduction from your total score for each minute late.

Contestants are permitted to have up to two additional assistants backstage, who must be registered with the producers at least 2 hours before the pageant. This will allow them to receive a wristband and have their admission waived.

 Please be advised that all contestants must send in:


● Entry fee of $300.00 

● Two (2) headshot photos 

● Must be a resident of the State of Nevada 

● Must be between the ages of 18-25 

● Must have Samoan ancestry and provide proof of it 

● Must have never been arrested or convicted of any crime 

● Must have never modeled for sexually explicit or pornographic content 

● Must NOT be pregnant, have a child, married, or have ever been married

● Complete entry form, questionnaire, and Hold Harmless form

TO BE COUNTED AS A CONTESTANT ON OR BEFORE DATE Friday, June 6, 2025.

TALENT DIVISION

In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined based on the highest score in the talent division. 

Contestants are allowed 5 minutes for their talent performance. For every additional 30 seconds beyond the time limit, 5 points will be deducted. Contestants must provide their chosen music on a USB flash drive or have it digitally sent to the pageant technicians and bring two copies to prevent any technical issues.

PERFORMANCE

Please have your music turned in 24 hours before pageant time and your NAME AND CONTESTANT NUMBER LABELED on the flash drive. 


Any contestant or assistant found using or distributing illegal drugs backstage will result in the contestant’s disqualification and immediate removal from the property. 

The person chosen and crowned Miss Samoa Las Vegas, Nevada must conduct herself in a manner that reflects the dignity of the title. Any disruptive, anti-social behavior or inappropriate conduct during your reign will result in the forfeiture of your title.

MANDATORY MEETINGS

All participants are required to attend scheduled meetings when notified. If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible so we can arrange an alternative time. 

Upon being crowned, you are expected to actively participate in and contribute to community events throughout your reign. 

Pageant officials have the authority to exempt any contestant, dancer, or assistant who fails to adhere to the established rules and regulations. 

The M. S. L. V. N. Pageant will provide a temporary crown for promotional use on the final night of your reign. You will also receive your own crown from the M. S. L. V. N. Pageant organization. Please keep it clean and in good condition; if it is lost or damaged, you will be responsible for replacing it.
