Galaxina Tago
A proud Samoan trans woman born in American Samoa and raised in Las Vegas since 1991, is a passionate community leader, entrepreneur, and cultural advocate. With a degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, she is the founder of the United Territory of Pacific Islander Alliances, Secretary of Etena Fou Youth, and Co-chair of Miss Samoa Las Vegas. A former Imperial Royal Empress of Las Vegas, she is also a skilled interior decorator and traditional Samoan costume designer, using her talents to celebrate and preserve her heritage while inspiring others through leadership and creativity.

Travis Tanuvasa
Travis Maliko Tanuvasa Seiuli, born and raised in Compton, California with roots in Nofoali‘i, Vaiusu, and Falelatai, Samoa, is a proud Samoan dedicated to service, faith, and cultural pride. A returned missionary who served in Apia, Samoa, he studied at Ensign College and currently works at Southern Hills Hospital. In 2016, he founded Lottaline Foalima, a business grounded in Samoan values. This fall, he will begin nursing school at Galen College of Nursing, continuing his mission to uplift others through care, leadership, and community impact.

Myra Timoteo
Born in Fiji with proud Rotuman and Samoan roots, Myra Timoteo moved to the U.S. at age 10, eventually making Utah her home. In 2007, she founded Las Vegas Hula, a studio dedicated to preserving Polynesian culture through dance. She now serves as Treasurer for the Miss Samoa Las Vegas Nevada Pageant, helping empower young Samoan women to lead with confidence and pride. A devoted mother of seven, Myra continues to uplift her community through culture, family, and service.

Nurana Faasa
With over 20 years of experience in education, Nurana Pili-Faasa is a dedicated teacher, cultural advocate, and community leader. Originally from American Samoa, she began her career there before joining the Clark County School District in 2007. She holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from UH Mānoa, two Master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix, and a degree in Agriculture - Crop Science. Beyond the classroom, she supports youth through the City of Las Vegas’ ReInvent After School Program and faith-based outreach.
